Bordier Seaweed Butter is made from natural and young seaweed picked by fishermen in Finstere, Western France. The seaweed is only harvested twice a to allow it to grow to full size. A taste of the seas, Bordier Seaweed Butter is perfect for adding to seafood stews, bisques or risottos.

To still use a traditional wooden teak paddles known as the Malaxeur to knead the butter gradually. This can last for up to 30 minutes depending on the season. The result is a butter with an intense flavour and an amazing smooth texture.
