Summer Truffle Peelings are made with only the finest ingredients: Black truffles (tuber melanosporum), black truffle juice, salt.

Chef’s tip: keep the truffle juice from the jar which can be used in other dishes.

Summer Truffle Peelings are perfect for finishing dishes such as risottos, potatoes, steak or scrambled eggs.
