Provolone is a delicious stretched curd cheese which, thanks to the particular plasticity during the processing phase, can be made in different shapes: bacon or salami, mandarin, with the characteristic segments, and flask.
The sweet version, which uses calf rennet, requires maturation that does not exceed three months: a classic for all lovers of this cheese.
Aging Duration: 3 months to 1 year
Ingredients: Cow's mlik, salt, rennet.
Storage: Store between +2° and +8° C. Once opened, consume preferably within 7 days.
