The Crusty Pate of Dalat Deli with a crispy pastry cover the well-seasoned pate inside to keep the moisture of the pate. 

The Crusty Pate has the mixture still has bits of meat that give the pate a denser texture than the creamy one. A piece with full of flavor, the crispiness of the outside layer of the crust, the creamy and fatty of the pork liver mixed with the aroma of pork and spices.
